Sylvia’s Gap Run hosted by ARTHC June long weekend 2022- Photo’s
The ATHS Australian Chapter Inc. attended the Sylvia’s Gap run weekend, which is held on the long weekend in June each year.
This run is held by the Australian Road Transport Heritage Centre in Gundagai NSW, these guy’s also have a museum in Gundagai, which provides a great deal of information on trucking and transport around the area.
Sylvia’s Gap formed part of the old Hume Highway and from stories l heard over the weekend was quite a notorious section of the Hume. Sylvia’s Gap is now on private property and the owner opens up the road for the run each year.
I took some photo’s on this weekend and hope some of you drivers get to see a different perspective of your trucks, apart from just out the windscreen.
Thanks to all who organized this event from the ARTHC.
